Daniel was born in Minnesota and enlisted in the Marine Corps at the age of 17. After a 20 year career of deploying to the wars on terror, he was determined to help other veterans with PTSD and Moral Injury. He and his team founded Peace for Warriors with the intent of helping those suffering from PTSD by offering international volunteer opportunities where they could give back to the world in a peaceful way.

Kayla graduated in 2019 from Harvard University with a degree in Psychology and Biology. After growing up in a military family, she has grown committed to helping veterans struggling with mental health. She has spent the past several years volunteering internationally and working in medical research.
